Was born on February 3(16), 1905 in Yessentuki, Russia.

*In 1930 graduated from the faculty of Agriculture of the Tiflis Polytechnic Institute.

*In 1958-1966 was the director of the Armenian Agricultural Economics and the organization SRI.
*In 1966-1983 was the head of the Economics of the State Planning Committee and the Planning SRI of the [[Republic of Armenia]].

*In 1972 became a doctor in eonomics.
