Biography
Was born on February 3(16), 1905 in Yessentuki, Russia.
Education
- In 1930 graduated from the faculty of Agriculture of the Tiflis Polytechnic Institute.
Work Activity
- In 1958-1966 was the director of the Armenian Agricultural Economics and the organization SRI.
- In 1966-1983 was the head of the Economics of the State Planning Committee and the Planning SRI of the Republic of Armenia.
Achievements
- In 1972 became a doctor in eonomics.
- In 1972 became a professor.
Other
- The works refer to the issues of the arrangement and placement of agriculture, economics, the creation of suburban farms.
