Biography
Was born on January 5, 1950 in Stepanakert, Artsakh.
Education
- In 1967 finished Numer 3 Middle School in Stepanakert,
- In 1967 he entered National Polytechnic University of Armenia and in 1969 moved to Saratov State Socio-Economic University, in 1973 graduated from there and got the profession of an engineer and an economist.
Work activity
- In 1973-1975 worked at the regional financial corporation of Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast.
- In 1975-1978 he was the head of region financial corporation.

Achievements
- In 2007 recieved "Mkhitar Gosh" Medal.
- In 2016 recieved "Vachagan Barepasht" Medal.
