Biography

Was born on March 18, 1953 in the capital of Russia, Moscow.

Education

  • In 1975 graduated from Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys State Technological University.

Work activity

  • 1979-1986 head of the scientific research laboratory of the Moscow Precious Metals Factory.
  • 1986-2000 head of the department of highly dispersive materials at Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys.
  • From 2000 worked at the company "Centretelecom" as a deputy of the director.

Achievements

  • In 1999 doctor of Technical Sciences.
  • In 1989 got an award for the best work of the USSR Ministry of Higher Education.

Other

  • His works refer to the acquisition of new materials for radioelectronics, electrical-technical engineering and means of communication.
  • He is the brother of Ruben Amaryan.
