Was born on May 3, 1949 in Moscow, Russia.
Education
- In 1971 graduated from the Moscow Institute of Electrical Engineering and National Communication (MIEENC).
Work activity
- From 1981 worked in the USSR communication system.
- 1985-1987 worked at the "Moscow City Telephone Network" open joint-stock company.
- 1990-2000 worked at the "Moscow City Telephone Network" OJSC.
- 1987-1990 adviser of the USSR embassy in Bulgaria.
- In 2000 the director of the CenterTelecom company (Moscow).
Achievements
- In 1993-Doctor of Technical Sciences.
- In 1996 member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.
- In 2001 Honored worker of Moscow Region.
