Was born on 1939 May 29 in Moscow,Russia.

- In 1956 graduated high school with silver medal.

- In 1962 worked at Rocket-manufacturing enterprises in ASSR.
- 1922-1999 was the Deputy Director of the Russian Space Agency adjunct to the Russian Federation.
- 1996 was General Secretary,at the same time.
- Member of Editorial Board of «Конверсия в машиностроении» magazine.
