Biography
Was born on 1939 May 29 in Moscow,Russia.
Education
- In 1956 graduated high school with silver medal.
Work activity
- In 1962 worked at Rocket-manufacturing enterprises in ASSR.
- 1922-1999 was the Deputy Director of the Russian Space Agency adjunct to the Russian Federation.
- 1996 was General Secretary,at the same time.
- Member of Editorial Board of «Конверсия в машиностроении» magazine.

- A Candidate of technical sciences.
- A member of the Russian Engineering Academy.
- A Member of the International Engineering Academy.
- Member of the Board of the Aerospace Federation.
- Honored car maker of Russian Federation
- National prize of ASSR.

- His works relate to space rocket construction.
- He was the author of more than scientific works and engineering discoveries,of which 30 were published and 2 of them have pretended by copyright.
- During his whole activity ,he directly took part in the development of space technology ,which should benefit the national economy , science and protection of the country.He took part in engineering activities as well as in space engineering summer test organized to investigate Moon.Mars.Venera.
