Was born on 1970 June 28 in the city of Stepanakert of Artsakh.

*In 1996 graduated from the Artsakh State University the faculty of economics.
*In 2000 finished the courses of St. Petersburg Military Artillery Academy.

*In 1988–1990 served in the Armed Forces of the USSR.
*In 1992-1993 was commander of the Defense Army artillery battery.
*In 1994–1997 was commander of the artillery reconnaisance subdivision.
*In 1997 April-December was the chief of the artillery brigade operative section,deputy of thechief of the headquarters.
*In 1997-1998 was commander of jet formation.
*In 1998-2001 was chief of the artillery brigade headquarters,deputy of the commander.
*Since 2001 was commander of the artillery regiment.
