*Graduated from Moscow Engineering and Construction Institute.

*In 1957-1964 was the director of the [[Hydropower Institute]] of the [[Academy of Sciences]] of the [[Armenianian SSR]].
*In 1972-1981 was the head of the department of Hydraulic Engineering of the [[Polytechnic Institute]].
==Achievements==
*In 1952 became a doctor of technical sciences.
*In 1953 became a professor.
*In 1963 was given the Krzhizhanovsky award.

*The works relate to the issues of raising the level of Lake Sevan, the use of underground waters in Ararat valley, and the ablution of salt marshes.
