Was born on the 18th of December 1939 in the village of Kartsakhi in Akhalkalak District in Georgia.
==Education==
*In 1962 graduated from the Cherepovets military institute of Russian Federation.
*In 1976 graduated from the military academy of connecton of the USSR Ministry of Defence.
*In 1985 finished the courses in the academy of the Supreme headquarers.
==Work activity==
*In 1992 from February to June worked as first assistant of the head of the Supreme headquarters of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia.
*In 1992-1994 and 1995-2000 assistant of the minister of Defence
*In 0000 worked at ( the place) as a (position).

*In 0000 became a Candidate of Historical Sciences.
*In 0000 became a Real Member of Academy.
*In 0000 received "William Saroyan" Medal.
