Was born on April 21, 1941 in Undur Khan, Mongolia.

*In 1963 graduated from Kazan University, Faculty of Physics.
==Work activity==
*Since 1966 worked at the Faculty of Physics of Kazan University.
**1985-1991 was the head of the Chair of General Physics.
**Since 1991 worked as the dean, at the same time the Scientific Director of the Laboratory of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance.
*Vice president of the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopic company of the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries.
*Editor-in-chief of the newsletter "Новости ЯМР в письмах".

*In 1971 award from the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the USSR.
*In 1986 became a doctor of chemical sciences, Professor.
*In 1996 honored science figure of Tatarstan.
*In 2000 member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.
*In 2000 Russian President's state pension.

*His works refer to the molecular spectrometry and dynamics, organic molecules in different phase states, dynamic NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) spectrometry of their complexes and magnetic features of chemical bonds.
