=Biography=
Was born in 1877 in the village of Gumburdo, Akhalkalaki Municipality, Georgia.
==Education==
*Studied at urban school of Akhalkalaki.
*In 1893 studied at Gevorgian Seminary of Etchmiadzin.
*In 1898 graduated from Nersisian School of Tiflis.
*1911-1915 studied at Lazarev Institute of Oriental Languages.
*Studied at Moscow State University, faculty of law.
==Work activity==
*He established a national liberation group in Akhalkalaki, but after the revelation of the group's activity (1897) he moved to Tiflis.
*Since 1914 he was engaged in organizing Armenian volunteer units.
*1920-1930 had some responsible positions in Armenian aid cometee, State publishing house, etc.

*Member of Armenian national council of Tiflis.
*Member of Armenian charity company of Caucasus.
*Member of Armenian agricultural company.
*Member of the Company of Caucasus Armenian Writers.
==Other==
*In the end of the 19th century became a member of Armenian Revolutionary Federation, then a member of Socialist Revolutionary Party.
*Criticized the Georgian Mensheviks for their indifference towards Armenian emigrants and for the war started around Lori and Javakhk.
*In 1921 moved to Yerevan.
*Was engaged in scientific activity.
