Was born on January 21, 1937 in the capital of the Republic of Armenia, Yerevan.

*In 1959 graduated from Yerevan State University.
==Work activity==
*Since 1960 works at the Institute of Geological Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia.
**1993-2002 head of Isotope Geological Laboratory (At the same time he was the head of the NSSP seismic hazard assessment department).
**Since 2002 worked as a leading researcher.
==Achievements==
*In 1998 - Doctor of Geological sciences.

*His works refer to the issues of crystal foundation of Pre-Brem and Paleozoic rock layers, genealogical and terrestrial formations of Armenia and Caucasus.
