=Biography=
Was born on November 20, 1876 in Shoushi, Republic of Artsakh.

==Education==
*Attended school in Shoushi.
*In 1903 graduated from Saint-Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.

==Work activity==
*From 1903 to 1921, the Deputy City Engineer of Baku.
*From 1917 to 1921, a teacher in educational institutions of Baku.
*In 1920, Public Health Technology department head of the Baku Polytechnic Institute.
*From 1921 worked in Yerevan.
*From 1922 to 1929, a teacher in educational institutions of Yerevan.
*In 1937, a lecturer at [[Yerevan State University]] and [[National Polytechnic University of Armenia]].
*From 1930 to 1936, Kanakershin Architecture department head.

*Ketransky aqueduct in Arzni.

*In 1902, St. Petersburg, honorary diploma of the Interior Minister of Imperial Russia.
