Was born on December (June) 30 (11), 1868 in Shamakhi, Azerbaijan.

*In 1895 graduated from the Moscow Imperial Technical School.
*1897-1907 continued his studies in Germany.
==Work activity==
*Engaged in the issues of chemical kinetics and catalysis.
*1907-1918 was the director of the vocational school in Tiflis (now Tbilisi).
*In 1921 was the interim president of the National Economic Council of Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic (ASSR) .
*1944-1947 was the head of the Department of general Chemistry in Blagoveshchensk Pedagogical Institute.
