*In 1965 graduated from the medical faculty of Alma-Ata State Medical Institute.
*Passed an internship and postgraduate study at the [[Institute of Virology]], [[USSR Academy of Medical Sciences]].

*During 1972-1985 worked in [[Institute of Experimental Biology]], USSR Academy of Sciences.
*During 1985-1993 was a clinical and diagnostic department head of [[Institute of Proctology]].
*During 1993-1994 was a nucleic acids' laboratory head of [[Institute of Molecular Biology]].
*In 1994, deputy director of military-medical depatment, [[Yerevan State Medical University]].
