===The work on "Military Rules"===
*In 1826, developing the project of military rules, he showed it to the Chief headquarters head of the Emperor, Baron Dibich. Dibich decides to apply to a specialist of preparation and publication of laws M. M. Speranski advice and help, who considered Akhsharumov's suggestion quite reasonable and useful and agreed to be the head of his work.*On July 5, in 1827 Akhsharumov was registered for doing the works of the military rules in the Emperor's General Headquarters.*On December 31, in 1827 Speranski received the first report of Akhsharumov's works.*Since March, 1828 the works continued fully.Then every month Akhsharumov submited reports to Speranski.*In 1830 on February 2, Speranski presented the first part of the charter to the Emperor.*The further works were given to the special Committee. Akhsharumov and Speranski were in the committee.*In 1830 the 2nd section of the Military Rules was published, and in 1932, the 3rd and 4th place were published.*In 1835 compiled the whole Military Rules, which Speranski represented the Emperor.*Unfortunately, Akhsharumov didn't see the final edition of the Military Rules.
