Biography
Was born on March 2, 1941 in Malishka, Armenia.
Education
- In 1965 he graduated from YSU.
Work activity
- From 1971 he lectured at YSU, in the faculty of Law.
- From 1989 he was the head of the constitutional and international law department.
Other
- His works are about the problems of improving the legislation, protecting crossnational relations and human's laws.
