Biography

Was born on March 24, 1952 in Kirovabad, Azerbaijan.

Education

In 1975-1990 he was senior laborant, junior and senior researcher of problematic laboratory of grape selection.
In 1990-1994 he became docent's officer of vinery, technology of canned food and winemaking department.
In 1994-1995 he became the head of the vinery chair of ANAI.
In 1995-1997 he became the head of the gardening chair.
In 1997 he became the head of the plant-protection department.
In 2008 he became the head of the problematic laboratory of vinery and winemaking.

In 1982 he recieved a SSSR silver medal of the exhibition of achievements of national economy.
In 1987 he became a SSSR honoured inventor.
In 1995 he became a doctor of agricultural sciences.
In 1999 he became a member of international acdemy of viticulture and winemaking.
In 2000 he became an associate member of Armenian National Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
In 2004 he became a professor.

His works are about the problems of geneology,agrotechnics andtypography of grapevine.
He is semi-author of 24 sortes of grape.
He is semi-author of the book about 21 types of grapes.
