Was born on April 10, 1937 in Yerevan, Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic.

Education

1962-1978 worked in the musical department of ASSR (Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic) TV and Radio.
1966-1967 worked as the conductor of the Armenian Symphonic Orchestra.
1974-1977 worked as the conductor of the Armenian State Ensemble of Song and Dance.
In 1978 founded the choir "Sipan".
He was the principal conductor of the ensemble of song and dance "Sardarapat".

The son of Hakob Anasyan, the father of Armen Anasyan.
Since 1978 lived in Los Angeles.
The choir "Sipan" founded by him had performances in Yerevan (1990, 1991, 1997).
He created "Sacred concert", series of concerts dedicated to the memory of the victims of the Armenian genocide, he wrote the suites "Homeland and love", "Sayat-Nova", the symphonic poem "Road", concerto for duduk and choir, songs ("I love", "Dream girl" etc.).
He is the author of many musical works ("My homeland", "Crane" 1997), literary, musical, public articles.
