Biography
Was born on September 15, 1914 in Baku,Azerbaijan.
Education
- In 1940 he graduated from Baku Industrial Institute.
Work activity
- 1956-1959 he worked in Soviet Armenia Academy of Sciences Electrical Engineering Laboratory as director.
- 1959-1961 he worked in Electrical Engeneering Institute as director.
- 1961-1963 he worked in Energetics Institute as director.
- 1963-1978 he worked in Electrical Engeneering Armenian Research Institute as director.
- 1978-1982 he worked in Yerevan State Institute as the head of the department of electric power stations,systems and nets.
- 1982-1984 he worked in the department of physical and engineering science and mechanics of the Presidium of Academy of Scinces of Soviet Armenia as Academician-secretary.
Achievements
- In 1955 he became a Doctor of Technical Sciences.
- In 1958 he became a Professor of Technical Sciences.
- In 1982 he became a Academician of Academy of Sciences of Soviet Armenia.
- In 1963 he became a Associate Member of Academy of Sciences of Soviet Armenia.
- In 1970 he became a Honoured Figure of Science of Soviet Armenia.
