Was born on May 12, 1959 in the capital city of [[Yerevan]], [[Armenia]].

*In 1982-1998 worked at [[Yerevan Physics Institute]].
*In 1982-1998- at the [[Institute of Applied Problems of Physics]] of the [[National Academy of Sciences]] of the [[Republic of Armenia]].
*Since 1998- at YSU.
*Since 2002- the president of the Institute for Advanced Regional Sciences and Technologies.
*Since 2002- the head of the ANPP safety project.
*Since 2003- the biological, chemical and nuclear computer program manager of NATO.
