Was born in 1867 in [[Arabkir]], [[Western Armenia]].

*Studied in his hometowen.

*Along with Great Murad and H. Tshankyulyan founded Constantinople branch of the [[Hnchakyan political party]].
*Since July 15, 1890 was one of the main organizers of the [[demonstration of Gumgapu]].
*In 1892-1904 acted in provinces of the state of [[Sebastia]].
*United the activities of Armenian youth groups in Sebastia.
*In 1914 was arrested with other Hnchak activists.

*Was convicted for the attempt to intimidate Ittihat leaders.
*Was executed with the group of [[Paramaz]] at the Sultan Bayazet Square in Constantinople.
*In 1907 along with A. Apah-Gyulyan and Great Murad negotiated with the Young Turk leaders at the request of the ADRC Central Board in Paris.
*After the 1908 Young Turk Revolution returned to Constantinople.
