Biography
Was born on February 14, 1913 in Lernantsk, Republic of Armenia. Died on May 5, 1982 in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.
Education
- In 1941 graduated from YSU.
Work activity
- 1969-1974 lectured at the Pedagogical Institute of Vanadzor.
- 1971-1982 ASSR head of history department.
Achievements
- In 1967 was a Doctor of Historical Sciences.
- In 1972 was a professor.
- In 1974, SSR Mesrop Mashtots Award.
Other
- Studies are related to the history of medieval Armenian people and the difficult circumstances of the Armenian liberation movement in 18th century.
- In "13th-18th centuries' small chronicles" are presented 85 chronology, most of which were put into scientific circulation for the first time.
