*In 1978 graduated from the Intelligence KGB's Institute in Moscow.
*In 1998 and in 2000 was a listener in the European Center for Security Studies named after J. Marshal (Germany),and in 2002-a listener in the Management college courses named after J. Kennedy of Harvard University (USA).
