Was born on April 19, 1938 in Geghhovit, Republic of Armenia.

Education

• In 1964, graduated from Yerevan State Academy of Fine Arts.

Work activity

• In 1964, an actor in Vanadzor State Drama Theatre After Hovhannes Abelian.
  • In 1995-2000, director, then art director.
  • In 2001-2002, chief director.
• In 1973, teached at the Vanadzor State Pedagogical Institute.
• In 2003, simultaneously director of Institute of Theatre and Cinematography Vanadzor branch.

Achievements

• In 2004, national artist of the Republic of Armenia.
• In 2004, professor.
