Biography

Was born on March 3, 1925 in Zagatala, Azerbaijan.

Education

• In 1949 graduated from Yerevan Polytechnic Institute.

Work activity

• In 1958 was an architect in Yerevan Project Institute.
• In 1969 was the head of an art studio.
• 1978-1993 was the organizer of MSUDTArmenian Branch.
• From 1984 was the director of MSUDTArmenian Branch.

• The culture palace of chemical factory in Vanadzor(1950-1953, was restored in 2003).
• Student hostel complex in Nor Zeytun, Yerevan(1961-1964).
• Yerevan Scientific Research Institute of Mathematical Machines(1962-1970).
• Erebuni Museum (1968).
• "Afrasiab" museum(1970) which was dedicated to the 2500th anniversary of the founding of the city of Samarkand.
• Residential buildings in Yerevan, Gyumri and Vanadzor.
• Monuments to the victims of The Great Patriotic War in Armenia and Samarkand.

Achievements

• Honored architect of the Republic of Armenia(1968).
