Was born on September 25, 1881 in Gharakhilisa, Armenia.

Education

Work activity

  • 1915-1917 was a collaborator in "Payqar" newspaper.
  • Was the first CTUA president.
  • In 1921 was the secretary of the Communist Party.
  • 1924-1928 was the ASSR Deputy Chairman of the Central Executive Committee.
  • In 1930 was the Deputy President of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
  • 1931-1934 was the Director of Transcaucasian branch.

Achievements

  • In 1928 became a professor.
  • In 1956, ASSR Social Sciences correspondent.
  • In 1961, ASSR honored scientist.

Other

  • In 1905 became a member of Russian Social Democratic Workers' Party.
  • 1908-1911 acted in Mensheviks' organization, Baku.
  • In 1913 was imprisoned for revolutionary activities.
  • In 1920 became a Communist Party member.
  • Works are related to the questions of social construction, agricultural cooperation and the theory of wages.
