Biography
Was born on March 12, 1952 in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.
Education
- In 1957 graduated from the departments of piano and composition of The Yerevan Conservatory.
Work activity
- 1972-1975, musical director.
- Played in jazz ensembles.
- Lectured at Boston.
- Lectured at [Longy school of music.
- Lectured at Brown University, Providence.
- Lectured at The Faculty of Music, University of Cambridge.
Achievements
- In 1976, international awards, Baku, 1st prize.
- In 1988, Lithuania, 1st prize.
