Biography
Was born on January,17, 1929 in Yerevan,Soviet Armenia.
Education
- In 1953 he graduatef from Armenia Agriculrural University.
Work activity
- 1961-1973 and since 1990 he worked at the Agricultural Scientific Research Institute as the headmaster,vice-president of agricultural laboratory.
- 1973-1986 he worked as the director of Agricultural Scientific Research Institute.
- 1987-1990 he worked at the United Nations Nuclear Energy National Agency as the senior councillor.
Achievements
- In 1973 he became a Doctor of Agricultural Sciences.
- In 1985 he became a Professor.
- In 1989 he received the "United Nations" silver Medal.
- In 1994 he became an Academician of Armenian Agricultural Sciences Academy.
- In 1994 he became a member of International Agroecological Academy.
- In 2001 he received a diploma by the president of the Ukraine.
Other
- He has researched the mode of Armenian
soil,humus,nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and microorganizms and their effectiveness in the sowing area.He has cultivated a technology for realizing the dirty soil after Chernobil's accident,as well as the issue of mountainous ecosystems of agriculture.
