Biography
Was born on January 9, 1926 in the city of Krasnodar, Russia.
Education
- In 1951 graduated from Yerevan Medical Institute.
Work activity
- 1974-1995 worked as the head of the Department of Internal Diseases of Pediatric Dentistry Faculty of YMI.
- 1975-1995 vice-rector of YMI.
- 1974-1995 the chief allergist and pulmonologist at the Ministry of Health of the ASSR.

- His works refer to the study of the immune and pathogenic mechanisms of pathogenesis of non-specific diseases of bronchial injury and lungs.
- In the USSR, he was one of the first to study the prevalence of non-specific lung diseases, depending on the climate-geographical and socio-hygienic conditions.
