Was born on August 4,1961 in Yerevan,the capital of Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic .

- In 1984 finished the Yerevan State Medical University.

- In 1984-1994 worked in the hospitals of Yerevan.
- In 1994 worked in Moscow hospitals.
- In 1997-2004 worked in Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry.
- In 2001 was a head of educational department.
- In 2004 was a deputy chief physician in the Clinical Hospital named after S.I. Spasokukotsky N 50.
