Biography
Was born on Jenuary 25, 1946 in the capital Yerevan of Armenian Soviet Republic.
Education
- In 1970 graduated from the department of architecture in Yerevan Polytechnic Institue.
Work activity
- 1970-1995 worked at Yerevan Project Institute.
- Since 2000 has been working as a Deputy Minister of Urban Development of the Republic of Armenia.

- "Armenian State landbuilding" institue's building project ,1976.
- "The Geology" project of the museum building ,1986.
- Detailed planning for the reconstruction project of Marmarashen region for restoration of Gyumri after the 1988 earthquake , 1989-1890.
- Detailed development of the reconstruction project of Marmarashen region for restoration of Gyumri after the 1988 earthquake , 1990-1991.
- The project of American Red Cross' built residential district ,1990-2001.
Achievements
- In 1981 received "Lenin Young Communist Union" award (for the project of Lybrary named after Khnko Aper).
- In 1995 became the winner of "The best structure" of the international architectural competition .
