Was born on August 25, 1925 in Tiflis, Georgia.
Education
- In 1955 graduated from the Yerevan State Conservatory.
Work Activity
- In 1955-1984 wrote the symphony "David of Sasun".
- In 1971-1987 taught at the Yerevan State Conservatory.
- In 1979 wrote the symphony "The Seven Songs About Armenia".
- In 1984 wrote "The Arcadian Symphony".
- Is the author of a number of emotional and lyrical songs.
