Biography

Was born on January 9, 1886 in Igdir, Turkey.

Education

  • In 1886 graduated from Ejmiatsin Gevorgian Seminary.
  • In 1901 graduated from University of Lausanne, the faculty of Philosophy.

Work activity

  • He collaborated "Murch", "Haraj", "Aliq" and other newspapers.
  • In 1907 he was in the aremnian delegation of Hague Peace Conference.
  • In 1907-1909 he was the director of Nersisyan School in Tiflis.
  • In 1919 he was a member of the Parliment of the First Republic of Armenia.
  • In 1919-1920 he was the coordinator of the delegation of Paris Peace Conference.

Other

  • He is Aharonyan Vardges's father.
  • In 1934 he was paralysed during public speech in Marsel.
  • He is burried in Per Lashez Cementary.
