Was born in 1888 in Igdir, Turkey.

Education

In 1914-1918 (during the First World War)he volunteered Andranik battalion having the responsibility of a translator-scribe.
He was the Attorney of the First Republic of Armenia.
He was engaged in educating armenian children in the USA.
In 1948-1958 he worked at the Seminary of Grigor Lusavorich Mother Church in New York.

He is Avetis Aharonyan's son.
His first stories were published during his student years in Moscow.
He made a contribution in order to acquit his father from the prison who was imprisoned because of Federation issues and was hectic.
He left Tiflis with Andranik after the dissolution of the battalion.
After the collapse of the First Republic of Armenia he went to Paris to his father, in 1923 he went to the USA.
In 1946-1951 he published 10 volumes of his father's works.
In 1964 he visited Armenia.
