Biography
Was born in 1861 in the city of Shabin-Karahisar, Western Armenia.
Work activity
- Was engaged in trade.
- Worked at oil refinery in Baku.
- Established Laborers' groups in Baku.
- Established the first local groups of Armenian Revolutionary Federation in Taron.
Achievements
- Member of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation.
Other
- Lived in Kirason, city near the Black sea.
- Since 1892 settled in Baku.
- In Baku established laborers' groups and with the money, collected by them, he helped the volunteers and intellectuals who were leaving for Western Armenia.
- In 1895 in a small group crossed the Russina-Turkish border of that time.
- Abro, already enjoying popularity in Taron-Sasun, declared the organizing of Armenians' arming and the preparation of self-defense as his main objective.
- While descending the mountain Mezreur died because of a snowstorm.
