Was born on 10th of June 1932 in the village of Karmir Gyux in Nogoorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast in Askeran region.

  • In 1961-1965 worked at the Physical-Technical Institute of Tashkent.
  • Worked at Yerevan Physics Institute since 1965.
