Was born in 1897, in Tbilisi, Georgia.

*Finished Tbilisi college.
==Work activity==
*In 1918-1920 worked in Tbilisi and Baku as a party figure.
*In 1920-1921 was the first secretary of ACC(Armenian Central Committee).
*In 1921-1931 filled responsible positions at Bauman District Committee in Moscow, then at Leningrad District Committee.
*In 1931-1937 worked at Komintern Executive Committee.
==Achievements==
*In 1917 became a member of RSDLP(Russian Social Democratic Labour Party).
==Other==
*Graduated from Tbilisi College with Anastan Mikoyan, and together they became members of ARF(Armenian Revolutionary Federation) and RSDLP(Russian Social Democratic Labour Party).
*Was imprisoned without any reason, and was justified after his death.
