Was born on 24 September,1940 in Baku,Azerbaijan .

*In 1967 finished [[Moscow Engineering and Physics Institute]] (MIFI or MEPhI).
==Work activity==
*In 1985 worked in a Radiophysics and Electronics Institute of [[National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia]] as a head of deparment.
==Achievements==
*In 1987 was a Doctor of Sciences of Physics and mathematics .
==Other==
*Studied the features of electronic, optical and electrodynamic dimensional quantized systems.He offered new ways of sub millimeter Excitation of Radiation using membranes of dimensional quantized semiconductor.Arik operated strong semiconductor alligation and theory of stimulation and amplification of optical radiation.
