Biography
Was born on April 19, 1956 in Goris, Armenia.
Education
- In 1979 graduated from Yerevan Medical Institute.
Work activity
- From 1979 was working in Goris central district hospital.
- From 1991 - Chief Physician of Goris Central Regional Hospital.
- From 1993 - Director of the Syuniq Emergency Care Center.
- From 1993 - Civil Defense Department Head of the Region.
- From 1988 to 1994 during the Karabakh war he directed and organized urgent medical care in the battlefield.
- From 1990 to 1995 - Supreme Council Member of Armenia.
- From 1988 - Chief Surgeon of Syuniq region.
