*In 1942 graduated from the faculty of Construction in [[Yerevan Polytechnic Institute]].
==Work activity==
*In 1951-1968 worked at (The Institute of Armenian Industrial project) as a (Head of the Architectural department).
**Since 1964 worked at as a 2(chief architect).
*In 1959-1964 worked at (Armenian Union of Architects committee) as a (Executive Secretary).
Buildings designed according to Alaverdyan project:
* the cultural palace of Chemists - [[Vanadzor]] ([[Lori region]]),1950-1953
* The building of Hydromet Service Department - Yerevan,1953
* The factory and hostel of Rele -Yerevan 1956
* The Institute of Biochemistry of NAS RA -Yerevan ,1962

*In 1964 became The honored constructor of the Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic.
*In 1970 got a National medal of the Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic (posthumous,for projecting the building of Academic theatre named after [[Gabriel Sundukyan]]).
*In 1962-1967 got the status of Contest winner of architectural achievements (for projecting the building of Academic theatre named after G.Sundukyan.
