Was born on October 1, 1947 in [[Leninakan]] (now [[Gyumri]], [[Armenia]].

*In 1979 graduated from the [[Pedagogical Institute of Kirovakan]].

*In 1966-1969 served in the [[USSR armed forces]].
*In 1969-1992 worked in state committee system of oilstuff and the ministry of water economy of the [[Armenian SSR]].

*In 1988-1994 delivered oilstuff and foodstuff to [[Artsakh]], took part in creating, dressing of the "Sassounians" and other volunteer squads in [[Talin]], [[Baghramyan]], [[Ashtarak]], in supplying material assistance, production of weapons, training of volunteers.
