*In 1967 finished Numer 3 Middle School in [[Stepanakert,]].*In 1967 he entered [[National Polytechnic University of Armenia ]] and in 1969 moved to Saratov State Socio-Economic University, in 1973 graduated from there and got the profession of an engineer and an economist.
