*In 1979 graduated from Yerevan National Institute of Economics.

*In 2001-2005 he was the head of expenses of budget's department of Ministry of Finance and Economics of Republic of Armenia.
*In 2005 he was the Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Finance and Economics of [[Republic of Armenia]].
