Was born on (May ,14), 1956 in ( Jaglik village of Martakert region, Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast).

*In 1978 gratuated from the faculty of Physic in Yerevan State University .
*In 1894 graduated from the post-garduate sdudies of the faculty of Physic in Yerevan State University

* In 1978- 1979 as a (Senior Laboratory).
* In 1979- 1986 as a (Engineer).
* In 1986- 1993 as a (Researcher).

* In 2000- 2009 as a (Associate Professor).
* Since 2009 as a (Professor).

*In 1986 received the prize of Science and Technology company of Republic of Armenia
*In 2000 became The Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences.
