Biography
Was born in 1899 in the village of Tatlu, Armenia.
Education
- Finished the school adjacent to the church.
- In 1919-1920 studied at the Medical Faculty of the Transcaucasian University (Tiflis).
- In 1920-1921, studied at the Sverdlov Communist University.
Work Activity
- In 1918-1920 served in the Red Army of Armenia, was a member of the Bureau of the Communist Party of the Sverdlov University.
- In 1920-1921-a fuel supply controller in Moscow.
- In 1921-1922-the head of the agitation and propaganda department of the Trans-Baikal Gubernia Committee (head of the Chita provincial school of the Soviet and party construction).
- In 1922-the responsible secretary of the Priamurian regional bureau.
- In 1921-1926 did economic and party work.
- In 1927-1937 served in the state security bodies.
- In 1937-1938-the minister of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan.
Achievements
- In 1918-1919-a member of the ARF.
- Since 1919-a member of the Communist Party.
- In 1936-the major-General of the Soviet State Security.
- In 1937 received the order of the Red Cross.

- Was born in a clergyman's family.
- Was apprehend and shot, posthumously acquitted.
