Was born on November 26, 1982 in Kapan, Syunik region, Republic of Armenia.

* 2018-Present - Associate professor, Chair of History of Armenia of Faculty of History of Yerevan State University (Received the academic rank of Associate Professor in 2018).
* 2017-Present - Radio Journalist, Public Radio of Armenia, The program «Hamaspyurk».
* 2017-Present - Head of the Master's program "Genocide Studies" of Institute for Armenian Studies of YSU.

*Founder of the Armenian Studies internet resources: amin.am, historyofarmenia.am, armenianarchaeology.am, armenianlanguage.am, armeniaculture.am, armenianreligion.am, armeniandiaspora.am, armeniansgenocide.am, hayaget.info.
* Chief editor of the Armenian and English part of the "hayazg.info" internet-encyclopedia.
* Head of the group for the creation of distance learning courses on the Hstory of Armenia and the Genocide Studies.
* Lecturer on the methodology of teaching the Hstory of Armenia in the Armenian diaspora schools.
* Member of the group of authors on the preparation of school books on the history of Armenia for schools of the Armenian diaspora.
