Was born on November 26, 1982 in Kapan, Syunik region, Republic of Armenia.
Education
- In 2009 - Defended PhD thesis.
- 2006-2009 - Postgraduate Studies of YSU.
- 2004-2006 - M.A. of YSU Faculty of History.
- 2000-2004 - B.A. of YSU Faculty of History.
- 1989-2000 - secondary school.

- 2018-Present - Associate professor, Chair of History of Armenia of Faculty of History of Yerevan State University.
- 2017-Present - Radio Journalist, Public Radio of Armenia, The program «Hamaspyurk».
- 2017-Present - Head of the Master's program "Genocide Studies" of Institute for Armenian Studies of YSU.
- 2012-2018 - Deputy director of IAS.
- 2012-2018 - Academic secretary of IAS.
- 2010-2018 - University lecturer of Chair of History of Armenia, Faculty of History.
- 2009-2018 - Head of Department of Virtual Armenology and Information of IAS.
