Biography
Was born on May 20, 1937 in Yerevan, Armenia.
Education
- In 1960 graduated from Yerevan Agricultural University.
Work activity
- In 1973 became the head of the Hydroponic Experimental Station.
- In 1998 became an advisor of the NKR Prime Minister.
- In 2004 became a coordinator of the NKR scientific and technical progress.
Achievements
- Became a doctor of Agricultural Sciences.
- In 1997 became a coordinator of biological issues of the NAS RA and the NKR.
- In 2001 became a member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.
Other
- Established the sphere of herbs cultivation in hydroponic way in Armenia, carried out the introduction of a number of valuable herbs in soil conditions.
- Developed and put into production botanic-technological recommendations of the continuous production of green vitamin fodder in controlled conditions of the outward environment.
